Astor Enerji Signs $41.4M Contract with US Firm for 39 Power Transformers

Astor Enerji, a leading Turkish electromechanical manufacturer, announced a significant sales agreement with a US-based company. The contract, valued at $41.4 million (approximately 1.7 billion Turkish Lira), involves the sale of 39 power transformers.
The company disclosed the agreement through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) under the title "New Business Relationship." According to the disclosure, the deal represents 6.53 percent of Astor Enerji's projected revenue for 2024.
With nearly 40 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, Astor Enerji produces Oil Type Distribution Transformers, Cast Resin Dry Type Transformers, Power Transformers, Medium Voltage Switchgear Products, Compact Transformer Centers, RMUs, and metal clads. Operating in Ankara, the company's production facility spans 105,000 m² within a total land area of 140,000 m², making it one of Europe's leading transformer production sites.
Astor Enerji exports its products to over 90 countries and emphasizes high-quality production, technological innovation, and customer satisfaction. The company has also recently expanded into medium voltage switchgear and compact transformer center production following R&D studies and necessary certifications.
